This savings access is an optional service provided, administered, or owned and operated by Preferred Guest Resorts, LLC, (PGR) and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates; 501 N. Wymore Road, Winter Park, Florida, 32789. Collectively, "Preferred Guest Rewards", "We," "Us" or "Our").
THE SERVICE. In exchange for payment by you of the current savings card voucher, you may obtain the related savings voucher access. The benefits of the access & savings consist of discounts and savings opportunities as described in this website. PGR reserves the right to change the specific services included in the account and reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. PGR reserves the right to limit discounts. PGR reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your access at any time and for any reason provided you have received the savings value in your account as indicated on the voucher purchased.
WHO MAY USE. Only you and members of your immediate family and/or friends you have shared this savings with may use the voucher code and related savings cash on your or their behalf. No corporate, company, or business use and/or access is permitted. You agree to notify PGR if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your voucher code and related access or if your voucher code is lost or stolen. This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. PGR does not intend to gather any personal information from children under 13. Children under the age of 18 should get permission from a parent or guardian before sending any personal information to us via e-mail or otherwise.
RIGHT TO CANCEL ACCESS. You have the right to cancel your access and related account at anytime. To cancel, e-mail 500support@my500dollarcard.com to make your request. If you cancel access, no refund will be given.

You agree that any claim shall be made against the vendor of such products or services and not PGR. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
